  1. Be careful where you park your car as they may come and tow it away. This happened to my daughter and she was paid up. She never got the car back and the company went bankrupt. She had proof she was paid up to date but to no avail, now it is on her credit report!

  3. I would call the bank who gave me the loan and get them to verify it with the repo men.

    Then I would get my .22, because I am responsible and p[ay my bills.

  4. Well in that instance I hate to say it but you paid your bill late. They normally do not reposess a car unless you have missed 2 or more payments and have not contacted to get said bill paid. Since I was in the wrong I would let the repo man take the car to impound, call the car company about receiving payment get paperwork saying I am not late in payment and pay to get my car out of impound..
